BMI: You can figure this out using an on-line bmi calculator. To be in the normal range (bmi 18.5-25), your weight should be between 100 and 136 pounds.

Be I ideal bodywt: We typically use bmi or ideal body weight based on height which does not account at all for age or muscle mass. By height ; female only ibw is 115# but this is only one factor there is a range and other factors do need considered. Good nutrition, daily exercise including weight resistance to help maintain bone mass, and routine health check ups are always best! best health!
