What size: Aspirin was the mainstay of anti-fever treatment in kids for decades before the early 80's when the association between Aspirin use during flu or chickenpox was associated with coma/liver failure/death. Since then we seldom use Aspirin but it remains a mainstay in treating kawasaki disease. A couple of baby or regular Aspirin are unlikely to cause any problem.Find the size and notify your doc.
