Yes, it could be if you had severe vomiting. The pain should be shallow and you feel it when you palpate your tummy. If it's deep, it could be a different cause.

If you’re getting severe migraines, you need a Headache Specialist. Not every neurologist specialises in migraines. The belly pain is likely muscle strain from vomiting, plus heartburn from acidity and reflux. Tums might help temporarily. But it may be part of your migraine still going on (Abdominal migraine).If in 2 days it’s worsening, go to the ER. It could be an unrelated problem or migraine
