See a rheumatologist: Treatment of RA has several goals. First stop the progression of the disease and prevent joint and other organ damage. Second control any symptoms that are left when the disease is controlled and third compensate for or repai damage which has already occurred. This requires a comprehensive approach by someone experienced in dealing with this disease. You should see a rheumatologist.
