Plaque bacteria: Most bad breath comes from bacteria in your mouth. Have you had your teeth cleaned recently? You need to brush your teeth, floss and clean your tongue, and see a dentist regularly. Periodontal disease will cause bad breath. If your mouth is clean and healthy then see md. Medical causes could be diabetes, acid reflux, gerd, allergies, post nasal drip.
