Good dental health: Brushing your teeth 2-3 times daily (after every meal, for at least 2 minutes and getting down to the gumline), flossing in-between teeth daily, and using a mouth rinse will likely help. Your doctor can also prescribe a clinical mouth rinse for you. I would also suggest visiting your friendly neighborhood dentist. Good luck!

Bad Breath: Brush, floss and rinse with a good mouthwash to start. Bacteria can also form on the tongue and for that you shoul use a tongue scrapper - oolit is a good one and and available in most drug stores. See a dentist and have your teeth cleaned and if it is still sore discuss it with them.
