Can you die from a sinus infection?

Unlikely: Millions of people get sinusitis. Most recover without any treatment needed. Severe or prolonged cases are treated with antibiotics. Very rarely sinusitis can lead to meningitis or cavernous sinus thrombosis which can be life threatening.
