I was diagnosed w/ganglion cyst 9/16/13 and now i have very bad pain in my wrist that so bad sometimes i have to hypermove it what could i do?

See your doctor: Since you have pains and symptoms as it will not disappear get it removed , a low risk ambulatory procedure , .

See hand surgeon: Ganglion cysts are very common and when they cause symptoms they are easily removed by both open and arthroscopic techniques. Removal often has better outcomes than aspiration with a needle and lower recurrence rates. I would recommend an evaluation by a hand surgeon.

When I drain a cyst: I inject with anesthetic and corticosteroid and remove the "jelly" from the cyst. Usually the area is "numb " for a few hours and then there may be a day or two of minimal discomfort that does not limit activity if it is more than that contact your doctor.
