Side effects: Clenbuterol is of the same family as asthma inhalers. It acts on certain receptors in the body. The ones in the air passages relax them and makes breathing easier (albuterol inhaler is used by asthmatics). But clenbuterol is banned in us because it increases heart rate (same receptors exist in the heart) , causes tremor (like you had too much caffeine), raises blood sugar, may worsen glaucoma etc.
