Yes and No: While it is possible for you to take a pain medication (opiate) and clenbuterol, the bigger question is it safe? Probably not safe. The drug clenbuterol is banned from the fda and has been listed as a banned substance by many organizations due to the side effects and performance enhancing effects. Side effects include increased heart rate, muscular tremors, headaches, nausea, fever, and chills.
