Talk to your MD: Clenbuterol is a category c drug, meaning "animal reproduction studies have shown an adverse effect on the fetus and there are no adequate and well-controlled studies in humans, but potential benefits may warrant use of the drug in pregnant women despite potential risks". Therefore it is important to discuss with your ob-gyn whether you can safely continue this medication.

Should you, no: Clenbuterol is not fda approved in the us and is used for horses in vet medicine. It is used off label for weight loss and could be dangerous for that purpose in pregnancy. If you live in a country where clenbuterol is available as a saba for asthma, ask your physician for albuterol.
