See below: You've not mentioned what your kidney function is. A serum creatinine is necessary. Are you overweight? This is assoc with htn. Do you have family members with htn? When your BP is elevated, what are you doing? BP should be measured at complete rest for 15 minutes. Do you have symptoms when your BP is high? Is it hot there? - that alone could do it.
