Tension: Tension headaches cause a pressure sensation in the forehead or in the back of the head. They may be relieved by tylenol (acetaminophen) or advil, or they may simply require stress relief. Often, the eyes may hurt since the frontalis muscle is located very close to the muscles of the eyes.
