Aseptic meningitis: You most likely have a mild form of NON-bacterial meningitis. Don't be alarmed because there are many, many kinds of meningitis - and probably you are thinking of the worst one! But you don't have that. You probably have a mild viral infection (enterovirus). I would call your primary to get a formal check-up. Tylenol (acetaminophen) and fluids (ginger tea) to help with symptoms should help. You will be fine!
