Yes: Progesterone rises in blood within 3-5 days after ovulation, so if 29-30 is your usual cycle length, then cd 23 would be accurate. Do you know how high it was? I've observed many docs over-or-under call based on progesterone, if it was greater than about 2.0 it is ovulatory, if below 1.5 probably not.
