Can a person have pain on the bottom of the foot if you have a "funny looking" mole on the side. dermatologist said it's a dysplastic nevi.

See a dermatologist: If you are truly concerned about it and you feel that it is actually the dysplastic nevi causing the pain and nothing else then i recommend seeing a dermatologist so they can discuss treatment options. In the mean time make sure that you wear plenty of sunscreen and keep the dysplastic nevi out of the sun.
