Mortons neuroma: Usually steroid is mixed with anesthetic in the injection.

It is a matter : Of doctors preference. The main ones used today are either steroid injections or dehydrated alcohol. My preference is the latter. I have found them to be highly effective with no side effects reported at least by my patient population.
