Meningitis: There may not be fever with meningitis. Usually nausea, vomiting, stiff neck, photo and phonophobia, changes in mentation and other neurologic abnormalities. If you are seriously ill this is not the way to obtain a diagnosis and treatment. Go to an er and get seen.
