All over head,ear,neck pain for 3days.had low fever but its gone now.would i know if i had meningitis or could i be over thinking this?thanks

In addition to headache and fever, a stiff neck is classic for meningitis. If your symptoms are ongoing, you should be assessed in the ER or a clinic, where basic bloodwork can be performed to rule out infection +- lumbar puncture.
