What does chronic smoking related shadowing no active lesions and no mass mean on a cheat xray. i've been smoke free for 5 years and smoked for 14yrs.

Smoking: This not an accurate description (smoking related shadowing) if there is an abnormality on the cxr it has to be described in a better way. You can have your cxr looked at by someone else.
