Possibly! : Many autoimmune diseases flare because of estrogen. Some labs can be transiently positive and can disappear! a disease requires clinical diagnosis, not a barely positive lab test!

Yes: Some autoimmune diseases flair with pregnancy others can improve. A positive lab test does not mean that you will ever get an autoimmune disease. With the tests you named you should see a rheumatologist for a thorough evaluation. You may also need additional tests if you have ahead a prior blood clot or miscarriage.
