Recheck a HPT: Pregnancy is only one cause of missing period. Also, home pregnancy tests are good, but not perfect and so getting a blood test maybe needed. Other causes: thyroid diseases, infections, significant illness or rapid wt loss/gain, excessive/prolonged exercises, and ovarian or pituitary failures are few examples of causes to miss your period. I would suggest consulting doc. Good luck.
