You are a 25 year : Old female. Don't know why you take sertraline. The bottom line is that it is important for you to be educated about your health. I suggest that you get a tougher skin. If you tend to catastrophize then address it. If you tend to be all or none - address that. I encourage you to look into finding a counselor who practices cognitive behavioral therapy. If you continue to deal with issues this way.

Hard to know: This may be easier said than done (and it's not easy to say). You'd need to learn more and more about yourself so that your condition is mostly best known by you (even if you don't know the technical details or names). This is a lifetime task, so you need patience and courage but it is possible. Talk therapy can help you learn the skills to begin on this educational path. Avoid too many meds.
