Dehydration: The lack of eating is okay, but the lack of drinking can really cause problems. Dehydration can cause major problems, including kidney issues, etc. If your child is dehydrated (which is definitely the case after 3 days of no liquids), take him to a clinic that can give him fluids and figure out what's going on. He should be treated within the next 6 hours.
