Not so good: Caffeine alongside b vitamins (in energy drinks) have stimulating effects and can worsen anxiety and panic disorder. Part of treatment involves lowering caffeine intake. Alcohol can temporarily lower anxiety only briefly, but once out of your system, anxiety worsens and panic attacks can be worse. On average, alcohol worsens panic disorder. Moreover, excessive alcohol can lead to addiction.

No caffeine/alcohol: Caffeine will increase your anxiety significantly. Try to stay without it for a few days and see if your symptoms get better. Alcohol may help you only for a moment but it does not solve the problem. It is much easier to treat panic disorder than alcohol addiction. Look for cognitive behavioral psychotherapy for panic. Your therapist will help you decide if medication would also be helpful.
