For Crohn's disease?: A patient should call her doctor to check, when there is any confusion about dosing. The manufacturer's website for entocort-ec Budesonide capsules says: "active crohn's disease: 9mg once daily in the morning for up to 8 weeks", which translates to taking 3 of the 3mg capsules in the morning, at one time.
