IBS: Is best treated by hi fiber and fluids, consistent meal times and quantities of food. Drink 80-100 ounces of caffeine free/alcohol free fluid daily, more if you exercis. Eating hi fiber with inadequate fluids will give all of your symptoms. It will take 2-4 weeks to see improvement. Good luck.
