there may be a : Variety of reasons. So make sure you are doing your exercises with proper techniques. Make sure you follow specific instructions provided to you by your therapist. If one specific program leads to increased pain, avoid that particular exercise, as there may be alternative exercise that can allow you to achieve same goal.
