Can't tell here.: Might have a laceration (tear) of blood vessel at junction of esophagus and stomach (mallory-weiss tear), inflammation of stomach, duodenum, ulcer of same. Call md.

Unlikely : Probably a small tear or irritation of the distal esophagus.
