So i was gargling salt water and i accidently swallowed a bit then i tried to gargle it again but i was close to swallowing so i tried to spit it back out and in that prcoess i threw up a little bit. Am i okay still?
Since Monday I have been throwing up yellow bile, spit/mucus and small amounts of blood are in the mucus. This happens when I wake up. Meaning? help

6 months ago saw tiny streaks of medium red blood in bile when vomited with morning sickness. The vomit after did not have any in it and I continued to vomit all that day. I did have blood when I blew my nose- is it likely I had just swallowed mucus?
Is it okay to swallow phlegm? I'm unable to spit it out because it makes me feel like I'm choking or will vomit. I'm concerned if swallowing phlegm will make my sickness last longer or if it could have any other negative effects on my health?
