sterile pyuria: Usually there are no urinary symptoms in appendicitis, but sometimes the appendix overlies the ureter (urine tube from kidney to bladder), then the inflamed appendix causes some pus cells to appear in the urine, but the urine culture is negative. Occasionally people with appendicitis feel mild burning or a sense of urgency to urinate.

Usually reduces: When a patient is sick with an inflammatory illness, such as appendicitis, they usually become a bit dehydrated and have reduced urine output. However, if the appendix is positioned behind or beside the bladder and is inflamed, it could irritate the bladder and give the sensation of a full bladder (less likely.) hope this helps. Good luck.
