Not usually: Buit it is a sign of dehydration and or urinary tract infection which can cause abdominal pain as will a ureteral calculus or kidney stone. See your doctor for evaluation.

No: This is not typical of acute appendicitis. It could very well be a urinary infection.

Went to ER Sat for lower right side pain. My CT showed a hernia but no appendicitis. BW and urine also clear. Sharp pain when I move but it got a little better. My PCP said they shouldve referred me to general surgeon. Is a hernia an emergency?
If a blood and urine test is performed to check for appendicits and tests come back good. Does this mean you're in the clear and don't have it?
