Will a urine test show signs of acute and chronic appendicitis?
ER Saturday- CT showed a hernia but no appendicitis. BW/Urine test came back clear. Lower right side sharp pain when moving. Can hernias be left alone? Not sure what to do next. Pain got a little better today. Still anxious about it and worried?

Went to ER Sat for lower right side pain. My CT showed a hernia but no appendicitis. BW and urine also clear. Sharp pain when I move but it got a little better. My PCP said they shouldve referred me to general surgeon. Is a hernia an emergency?
If a blood and urine test is performed to check for appendicits and tests come back good. Does this mean you're in the clear and don't have it?
