Pressure.: Pressure for 10 minutes (watch a clock) will stop any bleeding unless you have a blood clotting disorder. If it's too far inside the ear canal to reach, put a piece of cotton in there and see your doctor. There is a lesson to be learned here, of course -- never put anything smaller than your elbow inside your ear! you're just pushing the dirt further back, and risking exactly what happened.
