Very small: When there is extensive damage, the chances for pregnancy without ivf are very poor. They are only zero if both tubes are completely blocked or missing, or you have no ovaries. Women with extensive tubal damage are at very high risk for ectopic pregnancy, so if you do conceive you should see your doc as soon as you know you are pregnant.
