I want to know if i can go on water diet even i had laparoscopy right side fallopian tube removed on may 19th 2015. also, when can i try again to conceive?

Water diet?: I am not sure what a water diet is--do you mean juice fast? I do not believe fasting is a good idea, and does not work for long term weight loss. Regarding when to try to conceive, you probably can try after your next menses, but that is really a question for your surgeon.
