Entamoeba coli: Entamoeba coli is a non-pathogenic species of ameba that may live in the human gastrointestinal tract. E. Coli (not to be confused with the bacteria escherichia coli). If the e.Coli was from urine culture it was escherichia and may have been causing infection (or not), would need much more information. Good luck.
