In the US: Your OB would have already explained that to u, in the us we sometimes give steroids at that gestation to try to increase lung maturity and a medicine change will be tried, if your labor can't be stopped then u will be delivered and the neonatologist will be there to take care of the premature baby, please make your docs explain the plan to you.
