Hmmn ...: Maybe w/ dancing you have a slight muscle herniation brought out by your vigorous sport.. Best thing would be to book an appmt. W/ an ors and reproduce the activity immediately ( as close as u can) prior to seeing your orthopedic surgeon ... That way he can see for himself what it may be and prescribe treatment ..
