Keep on doing that,: And you'll get the bm soon. Its the pain meds which have this side effect.
If you get any other symptoms, like distension of your tummy, then see your pcp, but keep with eating, laxatives, prune juices, drink plenty of water etc, and I am sure you'll be successful very soon.
