Hmmm....: Haven't heard of any reason why a person should not drink water after a circumcision. Circumcision is not necessary if good hygiene is done. Water, however, is necessary for life. Circumcisions are done for religious and cultural reasons, but the procedure does permanently change the genitals. One can ask the doctor why the water prohibition.
