Arm pain when touch: This needs an evaluation by a neurologist. There are some neurologic conditions that occur with or without trauma, called complex regional pain syndromes, that would cause pain on touch of a limb. This can be accompanied by swelling, redness, increased sweating of the affected limb but does not have to be. The good news this is much more easily treated in young people. Please see a neurologist.

More Information: Without knowing if the pain just started, you hurt your arm, what you did to it, why it is bruised, where it is bruised, etc. It is not possible to give a good answer. It would be best to have it looked at by your md.
