See rheumatologist: See a rheumatologist to get checked out. If they do not find anything, consider food sensitivity as a possible issue. About 10% of the population has nightshade sensitivity (google it). About 40% can have gluten and casein sensitivity. Or you may be sensitive to other foods. Beef, corn, and soy sensitivities are also common. Avoid gmo foods.
