Check ASAP: If you have symptoms of pregnancy please check a urine pregnancy test (upt). Remember, no birth control is 100% so if there is a chance of pregnancy, spotting, and pelvic pain-you've hit the "trifecta" of ectopic pregnancy risks. If your upt is positive, see your doc asap. Better yet, see your doc now to evaluate for possible pregnancy, infection, or both. Good luck.
