abdominal symptom: Radiating abdominal pain to the back could be an ulcer in the stomach or duodenum, and still have normal ultrasound and labs. The colonoscopy doesn't reach the duodenum or stomach. Given your symptoms, i would suggest a GI consultation, consider an upper endoscopy to rule out ulcer, and a ct scan of the abdomen to look for problems like adhesions from prior surgeries, pancreas or kidney disease.
