SIBO: Sibo is small intestinal bacterial overgrowth. Some patient developed overgrow of bacteria that can cause abdominal bloating, excessive gas, diarrhea, malabsorption, weight loss. Symptoms manifest depended on the severity of your problem. So you don't always have to to have fatty loose stools. However, there are effective antibiotics to treat this problem.
