I feel very lazy and tiered everday what shuold i eat or drink so i can be more active and cocentrate on my work please give me suggetion?

Eat more protein: Good nutrition is vital-- make sure you eat protein with every meal--eggs, cheese, fish, chicken- these are good sources of protein, eat fruits and vegetables as your carbs( eat less pasta, bread, and try to minimize processed foods like crackers, chips, etc). Eat some "good" fats in the form of olive oil, all kinds of nuts, olives, and, avocado. Drink non-caffeinated, non-alcoholic fluids.
