Caffeine withdrawal: It sounds as if you're withdrawing from caffeine, which is in both Excedrin and coffee. The headaches can last 48 hours, and the other symptoms (body aches, nausea, sometimes dysphoria, mental fogginess, etc) can last 2-3 days to a week depending on how much caffeine you're accustomed to taking/day. You should come back to center from there, though. Good luck.

Caffeine Wthdrawal: Your symptoms are consistent with caffeine withdrawal. Excedrin and coffee both contain caffeine. Stopping them suddenly causes caffeine withdrawal. Usually the symptoms last for a few days to a week. Other withdrawal symptoms include: sleepiness, lethargy, impaired concentration constipation, irritability, depression, and even insomnia. If symptoms persist beyond a week see you primary md.

A month: Stopping both things cold turkey is difficult but brave! It will take 2-4 weeks for the headaches, body aches and fatigue to subside. In the end it will be worth it so hang in there!
