Water: Drink water. Do not drink soda or juice. If you are looking for some "miracle" energy drink, you are fooling yourself. These energy drinks are merely stimulants and in the long run will make you more and more fatigued. If you want a cheap "energy drink", you can't beat a cup of coffee. Avoid sugars, fried foods, vegetable oils, soy products, aspartame and other artificial sweeteners.
