Yes: Alcohol stops your Paxil (paroxetine) from working. It only takes two drinks for that to happen. When that occurs it is possible to become extremely anxious, panicky, depressed, and suicidal. Do not drink while you are on paxil (paroxetine). It is simply too dangerous. Best wishes.
