Juice: Yes. Many think because they are juice that it is just like eating the fruit or vegetable. It is not. Be careful. All the energy that your blender is putting into grinding the fruit is energy your body is not using to digest it.

Yes ; no: Study published last month in bmj concluded "greater consumption of specific whole fruits, particularly blueberries, grapes, and apples, is significantly associated with a lower risk of type 2 diabetes, whereas greater consumption of fruit juice is associated with a higher risk." if u r willing to eat that quantity that you toss into blender, then by all means feel free to drink it. If not, don't.
